Frequently asked questions
Do you offer rental for one-time events?
Yes, we offer complete rental packages that include turnstiles, validators, local servers and on-site support team. Price depends on number of access points and event duration.
How does ticketing integration work?
We have pre-built integrations with major platforms (Eventim, Ticketmaster, etc.). For other platforms, we use their API or receive the ticket list in a standard format.
What happens if internet goes down during event?
Turnstiles work offline with pre-loaded ticket list before the event. Validations sync when connection returns.
Can you handle tickets from multiple vendors?
Yes, the system can validate tickets from multiple sources simultaneously. Each ticket has a unique identifier and cannot be used twice.
